UPDATE (7/18/2023): This work has been rescheduled to Friday, July 21, and Saturday, July 22, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

UPDATE (7/13/2023): This work has been rescheduled to tonight, Friday, July 14, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. for milling.

FAIRFAX – Fair Lakes Circle East will be closed between Fair Lakes Parkway and Roger Stover Drive from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Sunday, July 9, for milling work. Paving will then require the eastbound lanes to be closed on Wednesday night, July 12, and possibly also on Thursday night, July 13. This work is part of the Transform 66 Outside the Beltway Project. 

Drivers will be directed to use eastbound Fair Lakes Parkway and westbound Fair Lakes Circle as a detour. Turns to and from westbound Fair Lakes Circle will remain open.

All work is weather dependent and will be rescheduled to the following night if inclement conditions occur.
